Keegan Benoit, PTA, MT
3PT & Osteo
Keegan began his career in 2008 as a licensed massage therapist in an outpatient clinic and became a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2013 after graduating from Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. With 17 years of experience across home health, acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient rehab, he brings a well-rounded approach to treatment.
Russell Hearne, PT, DPT
3PT & Osteo
Russell earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and is certified in Dry Needling. With experience in home health and private practice, he brings a well-rounded approach to care. Russell is passionate about helping patients recover and return to their normal routines after injury or surgery.
Kelsey Benoit, Speech Therapist
3PT Only
Kelsey is from Hornbeck, Louisiana, and earned her master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Lamar University. With a background in early childhood education and three years of experience, she works with all ages on articulation, language, fluency, cognition, and more. In her free time, she enjoys reading and being outdoors with her son, Bryce.
Emily Burks, General Manager
3PT & Osteo
Born and raised in DeRidder, Louisiana, Emily is a God-fearing wife, mom to 3 biological children, and international mom to 8. With a background in healthcare as a phlebotomist, lab assistant, and supervisor, she returned to the medical field after eight years as a stay-at-home mom. As general manager of both locations, she oversees scheduling, insurance, marketing, and more. Emily loves her job and the patients she gets to meet every day.
